Necessary cookies and local storage may be used for basic functions, such as sign-in, the shopping cart and your cookie preferences.

Analytics and marketing are separate, optional categories. You can decline or withdraw analytics and marketing consent through Cookie Settings. GA4 is not activated without analytics consent.

Consent Mode uses denied default values for analytics and marketing. GA4 is therefore off by default and is activated only in the production environment when you have selected the Analytics category. If you decline or withdraw analytics consent, analytics storage returns to denied and GA4 is turned off.

We process information needed for customer accounts, payment status, order handling, delivery and customer service, such as your email address, order information and selected delivery information.

If you use the chat, your questions are processed automatically using rules and information from the product catalogue, FAQs and purchase terms. The chat does not use generative AI services or access private order information. Do not enter sensitive personal or payment information.

If you ask for human support, we store your email address and chat history as a customer-support message and send the request to our support team by email and Telegram. The browser stores the chat history and access token in sessionStorage. The token lets you view support replies in the same browser session and expires after 30 days. Your email is added to the newsletter and Brevo only if you separately select the marketing-consent checkbox.

For personalised products, we process the information you provide in the personalisation form, such as story choices, character information, messages and any event dates.

Images and videos are processed only when needed for a selected personalised experience or an ordered video and QR feature.

You may request information about the processing, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where possible, restriction of processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

We do not state fixed retention periods here because they depend on the purpose of processing, legal requirements and ongoing orders or deletion requests.
